Yes. All our fragrances are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised distributors or trusted international suppliers. We do not sell imitations or grey market goods.
Why are your prices lower than retail?
We operate a lean business model. By focusing only on select products and reducing excess inventory, we minimise overhead and offer better prices.
Will my fragrance come sealed and boxed?
Absolutely. All products are brand new and come sealed in their original retail packaging, unless otherwise stated.
Do you carry full brand ranges?
No. We curate a focused selection based on quality and demand. This allows us to keep our inventory efficient and relevant.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns for opened products. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll resolve the issue promptly.
